clients looking to cancel OR reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be expected to pay for the session in full.

24 hours is the minimum amount of time required to avoid incurring the full cost of the session - however, out of respect for my time and the scheduling of other clients, as much notice as possible is appreciated ! 

illness and extenuating life circumstances will be taken into account with compassion and discretion.

if a client does not make it to their scheduled appointment - either by accident or by intention -  this is considered a “no-show” and will be expected to pay the full cost of the session.

communication of extenuating circumstances surrounding an absence will be considered with compassion and discretion.

if you are running late to your appointment and it is safe to do so, please shoot me a text message to communicate your anticipated ETA !

in the event of late arrival full payment is still expected.

payment is expected in full immediately following your session.
