Prior to massage therapy, I worked closely with land and animals. My work took the form of organic dairying, regenerative ranching, and diversified farming. The intimacy with which I explored life, growth, disease, and decay in plants and animals laid the foundation for my interest in bodywork.

There is a subtle but essential embodied language one must learn to speak when stewarding plants and animals. I believe this language translates directly to stewarding bodies.

In an effort to approach my work effectively and holistically, I value the pursuit of science, energetics, and artistry with equal emphasis.

I am intrinsically curious. Left to my own devices I oscillate between states of deep reverence and childlike whimsy. I enjoy getting to know different types of people and their unique context within the world. I am easily awed.
